CAD Drafter

Job Description:

RSE Corporation is looking for a CADD Engineer/Technician to join our dynamic projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities:
 

• Lead the digital implementation of engineering solutions.

• 
  Requires comprehensive knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines and standards, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Develop and execute work plans to effectively implement and adapt project digital applications and plan production across various disciplines.

• Familiarity with industry CADD drawing standards and project setup.

• Operate with minimal supervision from the design manager and deputy design manager.

Minimum Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• 2-5 years of related experience

• Experience with large, complex highway projects; Caltrans experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in MicroStation Connect Edition, AutoCAD, OpenRail, and Civil 3D.

• Experience with the ProjectWise platform.

• Revit/BIM4I experience is advantageous but not required.

Competitive Salary and Benefits Package:

• Compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $62,500-$83,200.
