Tom Leong, PE

Mr. Leong has a broad background in civil engineering and business administration with a specialization in railroad design and construction. He has participated in numerous rail projects in the last 23 years and has gained experience in management and administration of design and construction contracts for commuter rail, light rail, and heavy rail projects.
