CALTRAIN SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO STATION PROJECT

Project Description

Caltrain, in coordination with the City of South San Francisco, CA, is preparing to replace its existing South San Francisco Station with a new center boarding platform that will connect to a pedestrian underpass. The project consists of track work, signal work, a new 700-foot center boarding platform with amenities, and connectivity to a new pedestrian underpass to accommodate foot traffic from the new platform to Grand Avenue/Industrial Way.
