Mr. Leong has more than 30 years of experience overseeing and/or managing engineering, environmental, and construction of transportation and rail projects in the US. His project experience includes main line tracks, grade separations, at-grade crossings, maintenance and yard facilities, multimodal stations, and transit centers.
