Our field professionals provide accurate mapping to verify the existence, condition, and exact location of underground utilities. RSE also reviews relocation plans for conflict resolution and compliance, coordinates with utility owners to assist with relocation of affected utilities, prepares and reviews utility agreements/permits, and coordinates construction phasing/sequencing.
