Mr. Johnson is a structural engineer with 34 years of experience in the design and analysis of bridges, retaining walls, and cut-and-cover tunnels. He has prepared structural designs, performed dynamic and seismic analyses of structural systems, assisted in design reviews, and performed design support during construction services for railroad, high speed rail, highway, transit, and miscellaneous facility projects.

Mr. Festa has more than 16 years of survey and project management experience. His railroad survey experience includes right of way engineering, capital improvement construction management (survey), mapping railroad and rail facilities, railroad right of way surveys, control surveying including conventional surveying and GNSS systems. Cody is also a licensed pilot and experienced in aerial/drone surveying.

Mr. Drenon is a Professional Land Surveyor with over 30 years of right-of-way engineering, surveying, and mapping experience in California. His qualifications include boundary survey, subdivision mapping, construction calculations, coordination of field crews in construction, and boundary work. He oversees the preparation of Tract and Parcel Maps, Records of Survey, and field crew operations.
